We’ve assembled an experienced team of real estate and financial professionals to work with tenants in that situation right now, to help them purchase a home in the near future.
If you are currently a tenant who would like to own a home, we can probably help you—even if you think you cannot qualify!
We work with good tenants who:
- Have limited or no funds for down payment and closing costs
- Have a less-than-sterling credit score
- Have had a bankruptcy in the past

We have real estate brokers and agents in various markets throughout the United States that we’ve carefully selected based on their industry knowledge, experience and having a heart to serve others.
Mortgage lenders
We have mortgage lenders who can tell you if you qualify you for a loan right now, or what needs to happen for you to qualify in the future. At no cost to you, our lenders will counsel you and work toward helping you get the loan you need.
Credit repair experts
We have credit repair experts with a proven track record of helping people improve their credit scores. Our credit repair team will do the work for you—sending the necessary letters to creditors and credit reporting agencies on your behalf.
Investors
We have investors at Home Partners of America who will:
- purchase a home you select within approved communities
- lease the home to you
- allow you to purchase the home at a preset price within 3 – 5 years
This gives you time to save up your down payment and qualify for a loan.
Not every tenant qualifies for this Lease4Purchase program. But it only costs a small application fee of $75 to see if you do. It’s a no brainer!
